Daily School Hours
8:35 am - Front doors open for students to go to class
8:45 am - School begins
8:50-8:55 am - Morning Announcements
10:15 am-1:45 pm - Lunch times for K-5th
3:25 pm - Dismissal for all students

Below are the required instructional times per grade level:

Language Arts (Reading and Writing):
Kindergarten - 140 minutes daily
1st & 2nd - 120 minutes daily
3rd, 4th, & 5th - 90 minutes daily

Math:
Kindergarten - 70 minutes daily
1st & 2nd - 90 minutes daily
3rd, 4th, & 5th - 75 minutes daily

Social Studies & Science:
Kindergarten - 45 minutes daily
1st & 2nd - 45 minutes daily
3rd, 4th, & 5th - 90 minutes daily (45 minutes each)

Encore: All grades - 45 minutes daily

Physical Education: All grades - 45 minutes two times per week

Core Extension (remediation/enrichment): All grades - 45 minutes daily

Lunch: All grades - 30 minutes daily

Recess: All grades - 30 minutes daily
